Technology Upgrade in Returns Department (cont.)
The new computers were installed the week of April 15-19, and became fully operational on April 17. Software improvements are still being implemented, with an expected completion in early May.
''We sell our customers an efficient, timely return process, and we are committed to meeting that promise,'' said co-CEO T.J. Zlotnitsky. ''It became a concern for us that with our infrastructure we were no longer meeting this obligation 100% of the time, and as we have done in the past, we reacted quickly as a board to remedy the situation. I'm very comfortable that we are in a position now to consistently deliver on our promises.''
